Summary: Most of this book is recipes, which if that is what you’re looking for is great. I was more interested in the science though. This book has more of the science than most bbq books I think. It’s definitely worth a glance if you’re thinking about getting into smoking and bbq though. It’s just not an encyclopedia you can use to find anything you want to learn in depth about though.
